Once your booking is completed we ask you to liaise directly with your destination for support regarding this destination. Holiday Asia Ltd is purely a booking agent.

Our website provides a 24/7 booking facility across a large range of our travel portfolio – right down to availability.
You can pay by Paypal and you will receive confirmation by email.
We strongly recommend you read our Terms and Conditions, as these are a document issued to protect you and Holiday Asia.

We will confirm your holiday on receipt of a non-refundable deposit. Your deposit varies from 200 SGD per booking depending on the type of holiday you are booking.

We recommend you have adequate travel insurance in place from the time you pay your deposit.

We recommend you check with the issuing authority for current regulations regarding validity/visas etc. for all countries.

Ultimately, it is your responsibility to ensure your Passport (and any visa you may require) is valid for the country you are traveling to (including a country you may be transiting through).

Please be aware that requirements can change.

Because we place our trust in other suppliers hoteliers etc.) , from time to time we do have issues that need to be addressed. It is important that you give these suppliers an opportunity to address any issue you may have whilst on holiday.

If you are travelling as an individual, please speak with a representative / hotel reception.

If, on your return home, you feel that the issue was not addressed to your satisfaction, please contact us giving full information on the issue, including details of whom you spoke with during your holiday.
